![]() ![]() ![]() I can’t help but wonder how much good Zannah could do for the galaxy had she been tutored by the Jedi instead of the Sith from such a young age. ![]() She’s a character whose mix of strength and vulnerability is relatable and frustrating. Introduced at the end of book one, Bane’s newfound Sith apprentice Zannah shares the spotlight and boy does she shine. Rule of Two broadens the scope of Bane’s tale, adding in new characters and storylines, all things that inherently aren’t bad, just makes for a different reading experience. Bane was front and center and the plot, for the most part, didn’t stray from his storyline. Karphyshyn did a stellar job of telling an origin story that instantly made me connect with his main character, flaws and all. Bane’s introduction in book one was a shocking page-turner that I absolutely could not put down. ![]()
